Wow, between the end of the year rush of weddings and portraits and holiday time with my family (not to mention a couple of yucky colds) the blog has really fallen off the radar.

I've been playing around with some more fun and interesting blogging options as I ready myself for my new brand and website in 2010 and came up with a unique style of blogging that will fit well with the new look and feel we're after.

Another Successful Cyber Romance

As a product of online romance myself, I love stories of people who meet online and fall in love. After exchanging some online messages, Alexandra and Jerry talked for over 4 hours the first time they spoke on the phone. Two days later, they had their first date and have been together ever since.

Their beautiful country wedding at Hodgin Valley Farm was the perfect start to a wonderful life together.

Kari's Bridal Portraits

So the lovely Kari Lucisani married Cute Kyle Quinn this past weekend. (All the girls told me to call him that). I think you will all agree that Kari is one incredibly beautiful bride. I won't comment on Kyle's apparent cuteness. (Check out their June blog to decide for yourself!)

Ciara's Bridal Portraits

Now that Ciara & Levi are married, I can post a few of Ciara's amazing bridal portraits. It was a ridiculously hot summer day when we shot these and I credit Ciara for her stamina. We did some traditional shots but I've been waiting to showcase these more high-impact ones for awhile, so here they are! I'm looking forward to posting the pictures from their misty and drizzly and incredibly romantic wedding day in the mountains at Leatherwood. More to come on that...
